How do I copy a report or form to another database?

Hi,

I have 2 copies of my application. I create and test various functions, forms and reports in one application and when I have figured everything out, I recreate the forms and reports on the final version of the application.

Is there an easy way to copy just one report or form from one application (database) to another.
