Special characters á é í ...

Hi,

I created database with UTF8_GENERAL_CI collation but I get this characters where "ó" character should be showed.

There are smoething more to do?

special characters on login form (nuBuilderPro) are not from database, but from config.php file:
specialCharacters.png
