error 403 nuapi.php

Hi,
I just installed a copy of new version to play with it and uploaded the site_b example found here on the forums, etc...
All up and running but I have something strange, whenever I want to make a change on system config or create a form with the wizard, and press save button I get an error 403 permission denied on the server for nuapi.php file.

I have it located on a shared server in Canada where I have several joomla websites, folder named nubuilder3 with permission 755 and permission for this file as for all php files is 644 as it should be...I have even changed it to 755 and even to 777 to no avail...

any idea will be much appreciated, since I cannot save any work I try...
