Search is replacing data in the fields, after search

Hello.
I am new here and new with Nubuilder.
1. Issue with Search
Suddenly, the standard search on the top of browse mode, is replaing the data and it seems is not finding all the records.
For example: I search for 'anglo' It find and list "Anglo American" but it replace the content to from the original Anglo to "anglo" as entered on the search box.
Any clues about what is damaged.
2. Is there any way to track log and errors of queries?
