Error on "Update nuBuilder": nuinstall.php 0

When running "Update nuBuilder" (after resolving permission issues), I'm still getting an error:

The rest of the files downloaded *seem* ok, but nuinstall.php has a size of 0Downloading http://gitcache.nubuilder.net/master/nuinstall.php files sizes do not match /var/www/nuBuilderPro-exchange/tmp/GIT_2014_09_28_04/nuinstall.php
