Feature Request: Filesystem file uploading

I think images stored in the database is ok, and api's connecting to dropbox is fine, but I think having a built in file manager using the nuBuilder or www root file system would be great for an integrated solution.
I've done some in a different site that allows uploading to the file system, but won't delete from the system.
Having this integrated in nubulder would be great because it could include the access controls already in place, ie only show images or documents in iFrame if ...., or only allow upload/download if ...
