cannot install

please i'm totally new to nuBuilder
i cant install it
i have these information
1. i install wamp server on my window pc
2. downloaded nuBuilder
3. create a folder called nuBuilder like this C:/wamp/www/nubuilder
4. unzip the downloaded nuBuilder zip file into nuBuilder folder
question
where do i put my own mysql database? example students.sql
should i use localhost as the my database host?
can I leave the database password empty ?
i have tried all i can but kept receiving this error message
i guess my error is from my students.sql database
please if anyone has any sample mysql file , kindly upload , stating the username and password

It appears your database server is not configured,
please enter a mysql database name, user name
and password into your config.php file.
i guess my error is from my students.sql database
