Blank after login - Dreamhost

I see this is a fairly common issue. I've installed the latest version of NuBuilder, I have a Dreamhost setup, I disabled the 'Extra Security' option which is the 'mod_security' which seemed to cause some difficultly, but I'm still experiencing the same issues.
