File uploads not working with live demo.

Hi,
I have the live demo installed on my server, but when I try and upload a file under "Product or Service" I get an error. I do see that the file does gets uploaded to my tmp folder.
Here's a screenshot of the error after I upload the file....
Anyone know the cause of this?
