How can I add another field on Login Form?
I wish to add Org/Department, then assign global hash variable to it.

Why don't you divide users up by using User Groups?

transactions will be restricted based on Org/Department of the user, there can be only one Type of transaction per Login session.
if the user belongs to multiple groups or allowed more than one type of transaction, thats the issue.
