wiki suggestion: add "Object Types" page

Since I believe it is not possible to register for a wiki account and do the edit there, I'd like to make a suggestion here. I believe it would be helpful as a reference to add a wiki page "Object Types" that list the different object types and when they are and are not useful. This information is available for some objects but not all on the "Adding Objects" page but there is too much other stuff on it to have a concise overview of this central piece of information.
