SaaS

I'm using nuBuilder to create a prototype for an SaaS (Software as a Service) Web application, for which I'll eventually charge subscription fees.

If I understand the open source license correctly, there's no license issues to deal with if I'm not distributing code - I'll merely have users paying subscription fees for access to the front end of my application. Are there any links or credits I'm required to have in place for nuBuilder in this scenario? I'm also working on a patent for the underlying business process (which will only describe functionality, and will NOT require or mention use of nuBuilder).

Eventually, the application will be rebuild with custom code for a more graphical look, but nuBuilder was EXACTLY the right tool for the prototype phase. Without nuBuilder, I'm not sure I would have had the resources to get this idea off the ground. Thanks for a great application!
