[SOLVED]Extra Action Button Info Disappearing

Okay, I am needing to do exactly what the member who posted this thread is doing: http://forums.nubuilder.cloud/viewtopic.p ... ort#p14272

No big deal, except the one form I need to do this on eliminates the Extra Action Button Info when I hit Save.

• The form itself works perfectly.
  I have increased max_input_vars to 5000 in the php.ini
  No other form deletes the info when I hit Save

What do I need to look for. Tired of banging my head on the wall over the obvious simple thing that I am missing.
