Cloning forms corrupts existing form and omits objects

Let me know if there is a better place to send bug reports:

Clicking the clone button when editing a form causes the following:

1. All of the "browse" settings are deleted from the original form
2. None of the Form Objects are copied to the new form

It's possible that there are other issues too, but these stood out to me.

Its not a bug.

You'll need to add Objects yourself.
