Hi,

The "Form Tab" appears empty for buttons that are on the form nuuserhome.

The tab's name only shows up when I run this query

UPDATE `zzzzsys_setup` SET `set_denied` = '0';

I've fixed it on Github.

You'll need to run Update.

Please let me know if it works OK for you.
