User group empty

Hi,

I build a school administration system for a school for retarded children two years ago.
Last weeks it now and then happens that the user group of a couple of teachers suddenly is empty.
When I repair their accounts, a few days later the same thing happens.

Has someone had the same experience or knows why this occurs?

Hi Ko,

I have never experienced this problem myself or seen anyone report it before. And to be honest, I have no idea what might be causing this.
As a workaround, you could setup an update procedure that resets the permissions on the db. (e.g. a special user who can run this update or by opening a "hidden' php page where you can run this query on the db). As you may know, nuBuilder Pro is no longer maintained or supported.

I already have that kind of update procedure but it makes me crazy not to have a clue what is happening .
Yes I'm busy with a migration to nuBuilder Forte.
There is no tool or script for that I'm afraid ?
