Highlight row under a certain condition

Hey,
I would like to highlight in a different color rows which fulfill a condition. I found this: https://forums.nubuilder.cloud/viewtopic. ... =highlight but it is for v4 and i'm on v3.
How can I highlight in red when the current date is higher than the cell date?
How can I highlight in green when the current date is the same as the cell date?
