Please help!! I just installed new nuBuilderPro and created new database using MyPHPAdmin.
What is the next step to log in to nuBuilder from scratch to create forms, if I am not using the demo?

Just to make sure: Have you really installed nuBuilderPro (v3) or nuBuilderForte (v4)?
nuBuilderPro is not maintained nor supported anymore.

I'd use the Fast Form Builder to build your first form.

Thanks for those videos, however, I need to get to the login screen after installation of a new database without having to use the demo login screen.

I''m not quite sure what you mean by "demo login screen". (maybe upload a screenshot?)

I managed to pass through the hurdle of installation, herewith is the screenshot where there's no setup tab to insert forms as shown in the videos.
