Breadcrumb not working properly

Hey,

one user told me that sometimes his breadcrumb is not working as expected. It shows only Logout, instead of the usual breadcrumb.

How it should be (and how it is most of the time) :

Any idea how to avoid this from happening ?

It is supposed to do that if you are on the Access Level's Home Page.

Hey Steven,

thanks for the reply. Indeed it should do that on the Access Level's homepage. But as you can see on the second screenshot, the user is on an edit form, which is not the homepage

Can your user reproduce it again on purpose?

Well actually he cannot reproduce it on purpose. I asked him, but he told me it happens randomly
