German translation updated

German translation improved! I didn't see where the word "Tab" is used so I couldn't do a contextual translation.
And I noticed that some strings are still in English when switching the language

As you probably know we used Google Translate to do most translations.

Ironically the only translation we started with was German, from you I reckon...
