When trying to modify the label of a Run button, I get a "Run Cannot Be Blank" error message.
I guess it refers to the Run property of the Run tab.
Tried to select anything but I am only getting an empty table to choose from.
Clicking "Add" on this empty table brings up an narrow and empty popup window.

Can you check if the views zzzzsys_report_data and zzzzsys_run_list exist in your database?
If they are missing, create them by following the instructions from this thread:

I had run nubuilder4.sql as the user set up in my nuconfig.php, a user with ALL PRIVELIGES on the database.
Running nubuilder4.sql as root solved the problem.
