After creating Fast Form - Incorrect Screen Appears

In following along with the tutorial video on creating a simple customer invoicing program, after I create the first "browse and edit" fast form called customer, generate it, and click on the customer form button, the next screen should allow me to modify the form's name, code, etc. But I get a mostly blank screen with only 3 buttons at the top labeled, "Search", "Add", and "Print". This is nothing like the next screen in the tutorial video. So what is the problem?
