The import works fine as long as there's no

ALGORITHM=UNDEFINED DEFINER=`root`@`localhost` SQL SECURITY DEFINER VIEW

(which is the case for the attached dump)


This would actually be no problem at all if people would not import the file manually as the wiki states here:
