Second run object on edit form is corrupted

Unread post by treed »

I have an invoice form that several reports need to be printed from. I added the first run object as a button and it prints the invoice report exactly as expected. I've attempted to add a second button several ways, by cloning and straight out adding a new object and had the same results both times which is the second button does not show. The object does appear in the forms object list and all settings are correct. What I do notice is that in the object list the Object column is blank for both objects and when the edit screen is displayed, an artifact appears in the upper left hand corner that looks like a small box.

Try entering an object ID in the table `zzzzsys_object` directly.

Added a value for sob_all_id and that worked. Any idea why this might have happened?

Ok there seems to be a major issue where the ID field no longer shows in the object screen for any object in the system now. Any idea on how to get the ID field back or what might have caused it to disappear?

Fixed it, updated system and ran update and the ID field came back. Things seem to go wacky (technical term) when the first run button was cloned.
