Clearing the site data in Vivadli worked for me too !
Up to now I used clearing cache CTRL+SHIFT+DEL - and as I see, it was not sufficient.

This really must be a Vivaldi specific issue. I even tried setting some headers "Cache-Control" as posted here and it didn't help.
