Can't add Procedures to Access Levels

I can't add Procedures to Access Levels because I get a list of Procedures I shouldn't see.

But on other nuBuilder databases things work fine.

What am I doing wrong?

All fixed!

I figured out the Lookup Form needed to be 'nuprocedure' instead of 'nuphp'
