'Home' button, Navigation Links ('User Home', Link1, Link2), 'Back' button all disappear when hitting F5 to refresh the Edit page.
I consider this a bug.

Yes, this is kind of a bug or "not implemented". To refresh, use nuBuilder's refresh icon or press ctrl+shift+r
