I see that there is a PHP and a TSQL repsoitory. What is the difference and why TSQL?

nubuilder-forte is the wordpress plugin
nubuilder4 the standalone version
Both are based on PHP, not TSQL and nubuilder4 is nuBuilder Forte. The names seem to be a little confusing...
