Autonumber not Incrementing

Hey,
I followed the instructions to the letter however, the Autonumber does not increment or write to the database, it does edit items in it however. Any ideas? Also, is it recommended just to use Fast Forms, its very painful to make tables and objects manually but I want to learn the hard way.

Bear with me because I am updating as I go. I just deleted the inputs and recreated them. It works now. I have a lookup field on the same form, when I proess the magnifying glass, is there a way to make the selection windows bigger? Mine is really small.
Also, in Firefox, the date picker is not shown when I use the date-time format. Is that just a browser issue?

In addition to the above, the format nuDate does not enter into the database, only the format Datetime-local, which only maps in Firefox and Safari (webkit browsers only) any ideas?

It seems the date picker is a part of the problem.

Make sure that there's a primary key and that all fields/Object IDs are written correctly (case sensitive!)
