I don't quite understand what you would like to do.
I see the date-time-local value is on an edit screen and the target is a browse screen?

Yes, you understood correctly.
I can pass text and numbers to browse-form from edit-forms via input = Select or input = Lookup, but I can not pass date-time-local.

How are you passing the value from the form to the browse screen?
