I'm building a system to track needs of hospitals in Ukraine so that aid organizations can help more efficiently. Currently hospitals are handing out paper copies to anyone who could forward them and there is a lack of visibility.
Most of the forms have been set up. Now things need to be tied together. Some of it is a bit beyond my current knowledge level.
