Questions for Pizza Tutorial on nuBuilder 4.5

I tried to follow the steps of Pizza Tutorial on nuBuilder 4.5, the subform still generates a button in fast form, but in the tutorial the subform is not generating a button,I don't know what's wrong.
Could you please help ?

Hi,

You do not need a button to open a subform. A subform is embedded in another form.
I also noticed that Fast Form adds a button, this should be changed.

You do not need the button. Just delete it.
