In previous versions, a nuconfig.php file was included in the downloaded zip.
This file is no longer present in the directory structure. Now a nuconfig-sample.php file is included.
When nuBuilder is installed for the first time, the file can be copied and renamed to nuconfig.php. When nuBuilder is updated, there is no need to rename it since nuconfig.php already exists.
