Error "Headers already sent."
Install v4.5 on hosting. At start all seems to be ok. But at least in SQL Builder have two errors. In attach. Apprechiate for help.

Here's another attempt to fix that issue.
Replace core/nuselectclass.js and core/nuselect.php with the ones in the attachment, log in again and check if the error is gone.
