No tabs on subform after upgrade

Yesterday I upgraded nuBuilder4 from Sourceforge (latest version) and today I startend testing.
Up to now I didn't find big problems (good work!).
The only difficult to repair thing is that there are no tabs on a subform (form-layout) and because of that, all elements of both tabs are visible. This results in an unreadable form. Is this a bug?
