invoice and payment

hi, any of you has a demo link to share on invoice and has a records if the client has payment received? (flow of data entry),
cant figure out how to link those open invoice and put a details on payment that already received and a status has been closed or paid.

Different methods are shown in the video. Is the payment entered manually or where does the payment information come from?
