Edit form exit when saved

Hi All

I have noticed my application now exits the edit form to the browse form when I save a record. This happens in multiple forms

Only recently started to happen.

Any ideas where I can troubleshoot to fix?

Set nuEditCloseAfterSave to None unter Setup -> Settings.
(Which is also the default now)
