After the update, the installed version number is different from the version number on github

This is probably just a glitch (version in the DB is not synchronised with the version in the file).

I installed cleanly, without errors, the version difference remained. What version is installed on https://demo.nubuilder.cloud/ ?

V.4.5-2022.10.26.00 is the latest DB version.

In my installation I have "DB Version: V.4.5-2022.10.26.00" but in the file version from the zip archive it appears DB Version: V.4.5-2022.10.28.00

It's because of this. 10.28.00 is a wrong db version.
