Validation Error - code must be unique and not blank

After moving a copying of nubuilder to a new server, I have noticed that the after browse on a Lookup objects are not working. I have deleted the php from after browse and tried to insert the php again, I get A VALiDATION ERROR Message pop up and can not save the afterbrowse php.
