We’re pleased to introduce a new system form: Items

This form allows you to manage a selectable list of items that can be dynamically used in SQL queries—for example, to populate a Select or Display Object in forms.

The advantage of this approach is that items can be managed in a central place, eliminating also the need to create separate tables for static value lists in each form.
This is especially useful when you have multiple objects relying on the same predefined values, reducing redundancy and simplifying maintenance.

Additionally, it supports managing the full lifecycle of each item—including active/inactive status, creation and update timestamps—and allows storing supplementary information such as tags, notes, icons, and other metadata.
