I have WAMP running on my PC (Windows 7-64)
and I'm also experiencing the error messages as described in other posts.
I have updated my php.ini to have the setting:
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
but I'm still receiving many, many messages.

I know that this might not be the answer you are looking for, but...
I have tried the x64 version of WAMP and had issues that were cured by removing it and
using the 32bit version (even on 64 bit servers). I am not sure why this is - I don't think
all the "bugs" have been worked out of the 64bit windows elements of WAMP.
Can you - rather than try to battle with a problem that is not of your making - try the 32 bit version
and see if you still have the same issues. By all means, re-post if the problems still occur with the
32bit version, but let us know if that fixes them.
