Access Level, can't login: after upgrade

After upgrading from old version (2010...), I can't login as normal user, only as globeadmin. I noticed that tabs (Description, Objects, Activities, Forms) are not present in Access level form. In sample database the form AL works ok, and login too.

I think, I have to update some databeses with new access level forms. How?

Have you run all the schema changes in the Change Log required?

(Most builds have some)
