Could not connect to database

Could not connect to database
I downloaded nuBuilder + UwAmp and installed it. UWAmp runs fine and everything is running. When i try go to the sample or Sample nuFinancial site and click log in I get "Could not connect to database". Not sure what I need to do. Any help would be appreciated.

It wasn't but when I reinstalled and then restarted the computer it's all working now. I appreciate the reply!
