Field Readonly depending on user

I know this has been answered before but this is a little bit trickier.

Im trying to make a lookup with the magnifying glass only availabe to a certain user group. The rest will be readonly and won't have the magnifying glass, also tihs field has a default sql value which I already did. But I need some users to be able to change them.
How can I do that?

Worked it out. Created different forms for each type of user.
