Drag and Drop Form Designer

Trying to drag fields. After double-clicking on the field label, the field moves to 0,0 but there is no handle to be able to drag the object to the preferred location.

I hadn't and I didn't realize there was a change. I thought in 2.0 there was a small four-way arrow that would appear and be used to grab the boxes and move them around.
