All Lookups broken after backup/restore

After using SQLyog to export my entire nuBuilder database, copy it to my development server and then import it, all Lookup objects have ceased to function.

When a Lookup is clicked, the screen greys out and the blue (exit) cross appears in the top left of the form, but no lookup list/form is displayed.

By rights, these two databases should now be identical, so I am really confused.

I am relatively new to nuBuilder Pro and to MySQL.

Any ideas where I have gone wrong?

I'd have to see the whole database.
