Upgrade Failure

Upgrade Failure
Just clicked on the "Update nuBuilder"->"Run" and waited while it performed the upgrade. Got a success message showing no errors but then unable to access the system! Looked in the directory on my server and found all files missing from the root directory (*.php, *.js, ...) so have had to restore from backups. What went wrong?

Just thought I would update this thread - I have since upgraded successfully, so I am not sure what went wrong!
