How to make a report output CSV or HTML instead of PDF?

Hi,

is it possible that a report outputs CSV or HTML (<table>) instead of PDF? Sometimes you just want to quickly do some minor post-processing or formatting of the report data and CSV or HTML would be much better for this than PDF? I looked on the forums, wiki and user docs but could not find anything.

PS I think the forums' email notifications do not work, that is, when you subscribe to a topic (Option "Notify me when a reply is posted"), which is a bit unfortunate because I tend to miss late answers.
