SQL Builder - Dragging is sluggish

Hi,

I'm seeing a issue where moving around tables in the SQL Builder windows becomes very sluggish when a table is first moved a bit further down in the area.
Then it gets very hard to drag the window upward again as the dragging gets kind of interrupted and unresponsive.

I agree, it not as good as it could be.

I will rewrite it sometime.
