Having solved the SQL Builder window dragging issue, you might want to take a look at another window dragging issue ( just if you feel like, no priority task)
As soon as the mouse leaves the dialogTitle area (coloured purple), the moving stops and "this.move = function(event)" (nucommon.js) is not triggered anymore.

The dragging works fine now but ondblclick="nuResizeWindow(event)" doesn't fire anymore.
